2) Your kitchen is also a great place to scout for local bad breath remedies and are as easy as grabbing the herb rack from your shelf. Spices like Sage and Laurel are good disinfecting mechanisms when you use them as a chew on. You can also count on your trusty mint to give you a great smelling breath; you can use it in the same manner as any other herb, just chew and enjoy fresh breath.

3) Your green leafy vegetables are also a great substitute to a protein rich diet which can cause bad breath. By switching to green leafy vegetables as a source of good protein will not only solve your bad breath issues but act as a great detoxifying process for your body.
